1. Shipping time
At Pinrobe, we aim to process and ship all confirmed orders within 24 to 48 hours from successful order placement, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and order verification, where applicable.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines within India are as follows:
- Metropolitan & Tier 1 Cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote or Non-Serviceable Locations: 7 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on serviceability, courier operations, and external conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Pinrobe offers Free Domestic Shipping across India for all orders above ₹1,999.
For orders below ₹1,999, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be added at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details and shipment information.
You may track your shipment directly using the tracking link shared by our logistics partners.
5. Delivery Partners
Pinrobe works with trusted third-party logistics and courier partners, including Blue Dart and Delhivery, to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.
Courier partners may vary depending on delivery location, order type, and service availability.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transport disruptions
- Strikes or labor issues
- Regulatory restrictions
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
Pinrobe shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by such external factors.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, inability to establish contact, or other customer-side delivery issues, the shipment may be returned to Pinrobe.
8. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address, contact details, and delivery information at checkout.
Pinrobe shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, our support team may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.
9. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or courier constraints.
Customers will be informed if multiple shipments are required.
