Refund & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs earlier.

To request cancellation, please contact us at social@pinrobe.com with your order number and relevant details.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Returns & Exchanges

At Pinrobe, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, barcodes, and accessories intact
  • You must provide the original invoice or valid proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, labels, or barcodes
  • Products purchased during final sale, promotional clearance, or non-returnable campaigns (if applicable)
  • Custom-made, personalized, or pre-order products unless found defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

Pinrobe reserves the right to reject returns that do not satisfy the above eligibility criteria.

4. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at social@pinrobe.com with your order number and return/exchange request
  • Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners for serviceable domestic locations
  • Securely pack the product and hand it over to the assigned courier partner

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection before approval of refund or exchange.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address. Reimbursement of reasonable courier charges may be considered at Pinrobe’s discretion for approved cases.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement size, variant, or product is unavailable, Pinrobe may offer either:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit / exchange for another available product, at Pinrobe’s discretion

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund amount will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that processing timelines after refund initiation may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment partner.

Original shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, or other service charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Pinrobe.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order is delivered in damaged condition, is defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing social@pinrobe.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images showing damage, defect, or mismatch

Upon verification, Pinrobe will prioritize an exchange or full refund at no additional shipping cost.

8. Abuse of Return Policy

Pinrobe reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases involving suspected misuse, abuse of policy, fraudulent claims, repeated excessive returns, or any activity deemed suspicious or dishonest.
